We want customers to understand what they are purchasing before checkout. This Refund Policy applies to Orbit software access purchases.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if the client cannot be installed, the account cannot access released downloads, or the service is materially unavailable due to an issue under our control.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be denied for violations of the Terms of Service, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, account sharing, attempts to extract protected service data, or service limitations caused by local network conditions, device restrictions, third-party blocks, or unlawful use.
Subscriptions
Subscription renewals may be refunded only where required by law or where a duplicate or mistaken renewal is reported promptly. You can request cancellation to prevent future renewals.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@vipxx.xyz with your account email, order ID, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for diagnostic details to verify the problem.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and card network.
