Orbit Terms

Last updated: May 31, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to Orbit, an account-based secure network access software product. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, downloading the client, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Product

Orbit provides downloadable client software, account management, payment-gated downloads, and server-side access assignment for legitimate privacy, secure remote access, and encrypted connectivity purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only use Orbit for lawful purposes. You must not use Orbit for unauthorized access, hacking, credential attacks, malware, spam, phishing, scraping, harassment, fraud, copyright infringement, evading service restrictions, attacks against third-party services, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and device access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create security, legal, payment, chargeback, or abuse risk.

4. Payments

Paid access is required for protected downloads and active service use. Prices, taxes, currencies, and renewal terms may be shown at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but the service may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, local regulations, or abuse prevention controls. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates operational risk, attempts to extract protected subscription data, abuses the service, or causes legal or payment risk.
